Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & Beauty Clinic: Training Built Around a Clinic's Daily Reality

How does a team's experience become a framework of shared actions aimed at delivering an unforgettable experience to every patient? At Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & Beauty Clinic, led by Dr. Michalis Alban, the answer was found in the questions and ideas of the team itself.

You and your team

Anyone who decides to undergo plastic surgery or an aesthetic treatment is entrusting something deeply personal: their face, their body, the image they see every morning in the mirror. This is why trust cannot be left to chance. It is built consistently — from the very first interaction through to long after the treatment.

This was the starting point of our collaboration with Aristocrat. On 24 September 2026, the training seminar with Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & Beauty Clinic, titled "From Communication to Treatment", was completed — the culmination of all the preparatory work carried out over the preceding two months.

Before We Spoke, We Listened

The processes and actions that need to become daily routine for a clinic combining plastic surgery, injectable treatments, and facial and body therapies cannot be generic. This is why, before any presentation was made, we spent time immersed in the clinic's day-to-day reality.

We held meetings with Dr. Alban and the clinic manager. The reception team and aestheticians completed questionnaires and described in their own words how they handle patients' questions, hesitations and expectations. We studied the treatment protocols, aftercare guidelines and tools already in use. This ensured that the examples, dialogues and treatments discussed during the training were Aristocrat's own — not those of a hypothetical clinic.

One Day, the Entire Patient Journey

The team training followed the patient step by step. We began with the first phone call — the moment the initial impression of the clinic is formed. We moved on to the consultation, handling objections, and the relationship between value and price. The pricing conversation must follow — not precede — the discussion of value: it comes after the team has adequately communicated the expertise, safety and personalisation of each session to the patient's individual needs.

Particular attention was given to the signals the team must watch for, such as unrealistic expectations. In a plastic surgery clinic, recognising these early is part of patient care — not merely good practice. We discussed cross-selling as a suggestion made at the right moment, grounded in the best solution for the patient's needs, without pressure. And we covered check-in, the treatment room, check-out and follow-up — the points where it is decided whether the patient will return.

The Conversation with the Team

At the heart of the training day — as it should be — was the conversation with the team. In every module, team members openly shared what works in their day-to-day practice and what could be improved. From this discussion, specific actions emerged, which the team is already putting into practice through the development and customisation of the appropriate tools, under the supervision and oversight of the clinic manager.

Evaluation Through Numbers

Training has value only if it changes something in the clinic's daily reality after it takes place. This is why, from the very next day, the team began recording the actions agreed upon. In one month, a process review will take place — at which point we will look together at the first measurable results.

Because in an aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic, the outcome is not judged only in the operating theatre or the treatment room. It is also judged on the phone, at reception, and in the message the patient receives a few days later.

We would like to thank Dr. Michalis Alban, the clinic manager and the entire Aristocrat team for their trust, their openness in discussion and their commitment to making every patient's experience even better.

However, identifying the best starting point for improvement can be overwhelming, with various factors to consider, from business planning to staff effectiveness and customer retention. Many clinic managers find themselves unsure of where to begin, often defaulting to familiar strategies that may not provide the depth or precision needed for success.
