With a training seminar, the first phase of UpMyBusiness's cooperation with the Plastic Surgery Clinic of Dr. Konstantinos Patsis, Volos, was completed.

Over the past months, we have worked with the clinic team on all the processes required for the operation of the business, as well as on perfecting the patient experience at every step of their "journey", inside and outside the clinic.

We also worked on essential factors for the clinic's development, including managing inactive patients, cross-selling services, and creating personalised treatment plans.

After all of the above was completed, it was time to discuss with the team how to implement them so that everyone understood what they should do. We also discussed how the patient consultation should be structured and how to address potential hesitations and objections.

We want to thank the doctor for his trust and the entire team for their active participation. The team's interaction and energy are the most decisive factors in the success of such an educational session.
