Lifelong learning is an ongoing process for all people. In medicine, Continuing Medical Education (CME), is a significant concern for every doctor. For every entrepreneur running a medical aesthetics business, however, the training of the practice team is equally important to the practice's development.

Last Saturday, March 11, 2023, the first part of the training program for the staff of DermAesthete Clinic took place in collaboration with dermatologist Ms Artemis Pinakoulaki and co-owner and graduate beautician, Ms Tania Leousi.

After a period of preparation for the construction of a fully personalised training module tailored to the specific needs of an excellent and energetic team, we spent 3 hours together discussing and exchanging ideas.

Our discussion focused mainly on the best way to address the needs of patients seeking Medical Aesthetics services, manage their concerns, and optimally organise the "patient journey" within the practice.

The second part, which will take place soon, will include checking the proper functioning of all agreed procedures and actions, the necessary corrections and additions that need to be made, as well as a series of "role plays" between the team to ensure that communication with patients is at the levels we want.
