Training program for SkinDoctor & Ananeosis clinic teams

It was a lovely experience, as we had the opportunity to share knowledge and insights with a group of 25 professionals on the ideal planning and management of the patient's journey within the clinic, which will positively influence patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
The meeting continued with specialised training on the optimal presentation of services to patients and on managing their objections and concerns.
In closing, we discussed a series of everyday issues arising from the preparatory work and everyone's cooperation, and we plan to incorporate this feedback to adapt all training perfectly to the needs of this specific group and to improve future sessions.
After its end, the ideal closing of such a tiring and knowledge-filled day was the mini-party that followed and the cutting of the pie to celebrate the beginning of the new and promising year.
We want to express our gratitude to the clinic's owners for their trust in the Upmybusiness training program and to all staff members for their active participation, attention, and interest, which made this training possible.
The next step is to design and implement all agreed procedures, which will help us work together to enhance the clinics' operational models and ensure ongoing success.
